“Anarchitecture” and “Landscape and Geometry” are a series of digital collages that investigate the relationship between artificial and natural components within landscapes. In both works the contrast between architecture and nature is tense and unstable. Manmade structures and geometrical objects become part of the wild and self-organized wilderness, but also remain visibly distinct.

“I see architecture as a space where actions and relationships between human beings and nature become tangible, with landscapes serving as the medium. Our actions are always related to nature; sometimes working in harmony with it, sometimes working against it.”

-Manuel Coletto, Architect and Visual Artist.
